I’ve been a member of Warrior Welke CrossFit for over a year, and it’s truly the best gym experience I’ve ever had. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about each member’s progress. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. What I love most is the community; everyone is so welcoming and supportive, making it easy to stay motivated. I had to get my ACL repaired in May. The surgery was a new technology/procedure (BEAR implant) that wasn’t offered in Mississippi, so I got it in California. I did the initial part of physical therapy here at Performance Therapy in Raymond.The entire team here was so great. Austin, Derek, and the rest of the team had never worked with a patient that had received this type of surgery, but they seemed really interested in my success. They clearly took a lot of time to understand the differences in procedure I got from classic ACL reconstruction surgery and to understand the unique, lengthy recovery protocol given to them by my surgeon.And the therapy sessions were successful. The team here helped guide me through the difficult postoperative period in which I was on crutches and got me back on my feet. Unfortunately I could not continue PT here because I had to return to San Francisco for work, but I wish I could have. The time I spent at Performance Therapy is a big part of the reason I am now transitioning to normal life.Since my return to the San Francisco area for work, I have swapped PT clinics multiple times looking for one that meets the standard of care this clinic has set for me. I still haven’t found a place that meets that standard yet.
