New to Mississippi area and wanted an AC checkup. Searched for a company & saw Pro Quality & Heating LLC. They had good reviews, so I chose them. There was a slight communication problem regarding the service date, but it was quickly resolved. Jesse arrived as our technician. If you are lucky enough to get him as your technician, you will have the most polite knowledgable young man! He listened to our concerns and got to work! He explained what he was going to check out then came back & told us what he would do to address the issue. This company is lucky to have this young man! Honestly, if the other technicians are like Jesse, do not hesitate to call them!

After relocating to NOLA ten years ago we have gone through the ups and downs of construction people. However after so many you do run into a few who are exceptional both in their trade skills and professional business experience.
We have worked with Jorge and his company on several projects and some service calls. He and his company are at the top of the game. They respond, are knowledgeable and are fair with their pricing.
