I want to thank EMS for a job well done! My house, roof, deck and windows look amazing! Jeff and Lu provide an outstanding, professional service going above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction. It is obvious they take great pride in their work with attention to details such as checking windows, taping locks, moving and replacing items. Nothing is left undone. I recommend EMS 100%!!!!!!!!!!

In these days, it is quite a rare gem and gift to find a company with outstanding work ethics but that’s exactly what we found with Exterior Maintenance Services (EMS). We were in dire need of help for various work in our property and previous experiences with other contractors were unsatisfactory. Then we found EMS (Jeff and Lu) and they came to the rescue. Such a lovely, friendly and hard working couple whose dependability, communication and honesty provided a peace of mind. No job was too big or too small. We think of them as artists who transformed each job as if it was done in their own home. We are so grateful and recommend them 110% to anyone!
