Called for a tank pump … arrived promptly at arranged time , pumped the tank , backwashed and pumped until clean …… went above and beyond even giving preventative advice and a quote for future needs !!!!!

We will definitely be using this company for all our septic issues and cleaning from now on! Our septic was not draining properly causing the toilet to burble and shower drain to stink. While we were dealing with showering and laundry at a relatives house we were also ghosted, pawned off to someone else, and quoted outrageous pricing by several other companies and individuals. When we called Thigpen and told them what was happening, they came out the next day and identified the issue. Came back today and completed the job in about an hour and some- impressive! Thigpen was great and very fast, was recommended by them on a Friday morning at 9:30 and by noon they were pumping out my system at an amazing cost as compared to some of the others in the area. I would highly recommend using them especially for anyone in Flower Estates subdivision.
