“I have been using Mrs.Gayle since the mid to late 90's and her work ethic and attention to detail are outstanding. She worked an audit for me in 2006 that took nearly 8 months to resolve. She not only straightened out the mess but I ended up getting a return with interest. This may not be everyone's case if audited but she remained so professional throughout the entire ordeal and kept me calm and assured me we would get through it. And with her help, we did.
