Hunter and Nathan arrive on time to remove and replace my 5 ton,18 year old, non-operating Heating and AC unit. They were prepared with all of the tools and equipment needed to complete the job. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of their work and even more impressed that they took extra steps to ensure that old wiring was replaced and that the new unit would operate at peak efficiency for its expected life span. Both individuals worked as a team for 6+ hours and maintained the highest level of courtesy and professionalism the entire time.

Bryant was our service technician. He was very professuonal, he explained everything thoroughly, and, most importantly, he got our AC working in no time to get our house back to getting cool.
Our unit went out and Mike's Heating & A/C immediately took care of us. Techs that installed our new unit were professional and did a top notch job. From replacing the frame they had to remove, protecting our floors with covers, to training on how to use the new unit and answering all our questions. Would definitely recommend. Job well done!
