I have been going to Dr. Blackmer for years and now that’s over. I recently went in for a routine ck up and was charged for refraction test which I found out was charged without me knowing that was extra. No one tell’s you this and I dont buy eye glasses. Point being I gave my card as I usually do when I walk in only to find out that the refraction test after the visit is out of network! Front desk said I haven’t had that done in yrs and I know I have it done every year. And not of for it.
