Michael and Christine do a fine job of supplying the Tuesday farmer's market in New Orleans and always have great photos of their animals and stories to match. Their pork smoked sausage tastes wonderful and I'm only holding back one star because I've visited their farm, seen their adolescent pig, still cute, chickens, ducks, cows. Great place to see.
