First, I want to say that everyone in the office was pleasant. The vet was very professional and efficient in his exam. My biggest complaint would be that when I arrived, I was told that the appointment was for the following day (Dec 6) at 1:40pm not that day (Dec. 5). When I got home, I double checked the email I received and found that the appointment was confirmed for Dec. 5. (On Thursday, December 1, 2022, at 07:54:59 AM CST, Animal Health Clinic [email protected] wrote: I have set it up for 1:40 pm on December 5th.) I am not sure where or how the error occurred, but I believe that more care should be taken to check the dates in an email before transferring them to the appointment system. Then the girl at the counter kept asking me for information which I had already provided on the paperwork that I was asked to fill out. Her response when I mentioned that was "Oh, I didn't look at the paperwork."

I’ve used this clinic for my fur babies for over 15 years. They give excellent care, so much that I drive 3 hours for them to see my fur baby. I will continue to make this drive because I know my pet will receive the very best care. Thank you to all staff at the Animal Health Clinics.

My regular vet is on vacation and my elderly dog took a turn for the worst and I had no idea what to do. I called and got an appointment the same day. Cassy was a blessing through the whole thing. Very informative and respectful of my feelings at the prospect of losing my dog. She's staying for a couple of days and keeping my fingers crossed that she pulls through, but I feel like she is in wonderful hands.
