Losing a grandparent is hard! As a family there was never any question as to who we would use to create the casket piece for Nannie. I sent Madden a message shortly after her passing. He quickly responded with an appointment time for us to come in and discuss flowers. We were warmly welcomed by his staff and led to his office. Using pictures of his previous casket pieces, we were guided by Madden on selecting the perfect colors, type flowers and size of arrangement. He took his time to make sure we were pleased. I love MG & Company! There’s always a fresh selection to shop. He keeps up with the seasons. I appreciate all the Christian and uplifting items to shop from. The floral arrangements never disappoint! I’m always greeted and welcomed each time I shop in store. Madden offered curbside pickup during the pandemic which I appreciated!
