David Williams was my tech and he was a lifesaver. Came out within 30 minutes of calling in an afterhours issue and fixed the problem. When the issue popped back up he rushed back and took care of it with a permanent fix. Dave was the best help I could imagine and saved me from sweating ij the MS heat all weekend
