While Dr Seago and her nurse are amazing I would give them 12/10 on their own, the merit health front office staff are less than stellar. The front office only cares about money and will literally turn you away if you can't pay even if you are needing care right then. If I didn't love Dr Seago so much, I would go to another clinic because the front office staff is so freaking rude

Throughout my life I’ve learned to set my expectations accordingly, and the medical field, whether private care facilities/first response/nurses/etc are some of the hardest working individuals in the field. Underpaid, under staffed, working in a system that is constantly stressed to the max, especially through the pandemic. I found the Merit Health Group in Pearl to be attentive, compassionate, and going beyond protocol to make sure they could see/help as many patients as possible. Thank you

this is the only place i will go..karen is one of the best drs. i have had...she always listens and truly wants to help you feel your best!..i have never had to wait very long here either...i would recommend to anyone who needs a great dr that is local!
