We purchased all our flooring when we built our home in 2017. They also installed it at a very reasonable price. We had a few areas that the floor boards separated. Not expecting anything I called Byrd and Cook and told them the problem. They sent one of their supervisors out and he took pictures. A few days later we were called and asked to come in and pick out new flooring. They replaced almost the complete home except the kitchen that had no problem. All the employees were very friendly, smiles on their faces, good attitude, extremely knowledgeable, and gave other options other than what we were thinking some were even better than we hoped for.
