Cannot say enough amazing things about Pugh’s and the employees who work there! They had two rare/retired jellycats I’ve been searching for, and they were able to ship them both to me in RI, all the way from MS! Seriously cannot thank them enough.

I called for a simple funeral spray and they wanted over $600.! Went somewhere else and got a beautiful spray for 150. Who spends that on flowers that will get thrown away?

I am impressed with Pugh's Floral Shop. This is the second time I've had them deliver bouquets of flowers. Both times the bouquets have been gorgeous! Above my expectations. The customer service in store was excellent. Pugh's will be my go to florist in the future.

Price is a little on the high side but always high quality , I have never been disappointed and neither has my wife. Deliveries have always been on time and staff is very friendly.

They were given to me on the 23rd my birthday wasn’t until the 24th when they were picked up from you all they were put straight in a hotel room with air .This Is just a sad excuse on your end with expectations of quality products and you all failed to do what needed to be done . We have been loyal clients with you all well over 10 years . I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with pugh’s on this one .Today would mark day 5 if they were purchased on the 23rd
