I was referred here so I didn't see the mixed reviews before going, that may have discouraged me. That being said, my experience was great. I called and had questions about my insurance, since I needed some questions that my insurance company couldn't understand how to answer. They were very helpful and friendly and were able to answer my questions. In person, the staff were friendly and professional. The doctor, Phillip King Jr., was friendly and professional. After the initial fitting, I had done a lot of research on which contacts were the best for my situation and it turns out those were the exact ones he had given me to try. Waited exactly one hour before my name was called and before seeing the assistant, then 30 additional minutes before seeing the doctor. My time is as valuable as the doctor's. Such a long wait time is unacceptable. It won't happen again!!!

Was disappointed in them checking Insurance Coverage. With Two Insurance I find they thought one wouldn't cover so they used the opposite. Both Covered my glasses and I wished they used the other!! Not trained very well at Insurance!!
