We have been going to Premier eye clinic for over 20 years. They have always done an excellent job, regardless of our insurance changing several times, and now, even being without insurance, they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and get us the best price. The doctor is always thorough and kind and explains everything. My glasses are always perfect and I can go back in at any time and get adjustments or even just my glasses cleaned. I love this place.

I was referred here so I didn't see the mixed reviews before going, that may have discouraged me. That being said, my experience was great. I called and had questions about my insurance, since I needed some questions that my insurance company couldn't understand how to answer. They were very helpful and friendly and were able to answer my questions. In person, the staff were friendly and professional. The doctor, Phillip King Jr., was friendly and professional. After the initial fitting, I had done a lot of research on which contacts were the best for my situation and it turns out those were the exact ones he had given me to try. Waited exactly one hour before my name was called and before seeing the assistant, then 30 additional minutes before seeing the doctor. My time is as valuable as the doctor's. Such a long wait time is unacceptable. It won't happen again!!!
