I’ve been going here for 4 years and never have had a problem! But reading these comments, whew you can’t make everybody happy I reckon.

My husband and I visited this office yesterday for our yearly eye exams. We have been patients here for 3-4 years now. We both saw Dr. Appelo, and we’re very satisfied with him. However, we were both seen by the same technician (I do not know her title). I’m going to be kind and not mention her name, although I could. She was not so kind. She rushed me through the entire exam and became annoyed with me because I was having a difficult time with the eye pressure test. I suffered a traumatic experience with one of my eyes as a child, and I suffer from anxiety when anything gets close to one of my eyes. I cannot help that, and she was very rude to me about it.
