Visiting town and feeling a bit tense. Contacted Rigby and he was able to accommodate me last minute for an hour at 8 am the next day.
Rigby asked me about my areas of concern, we had a quick chat and I got ready for my session.
In the past I’ve always thought the harder the massage the better I’d feel. However I did not tell Rigby this and went along with his therapeutic bliss massage.
It was incredible. I relaxed, I was able to quiet my brain and appreciate the moment and let go mentally as he was able to work in my muscles and the tense and tender spots.
