I have typically had very good service with Lapels and I will continue to do business with you. This last trip, however, I wasn’t thrilled with the results of the pressing of a new sport coat I sent to you. The shirts looked great as they always do - the sport coat not as good.

They do a fantastic job with dry cleaning clothes. I am fortunate enough to be added to their pick up and delivery service which is nice. The clothes come back looking very neat and pressed. Would not go anywhere else now.
