Horrible horrible horrible horrible service. We have been waiting for "john" if John even f'ing exists, to call us back for a week and a half now, maybe 2 weeks... at this point I've lost count. We have called multiple times to see where we are on the "wait list" and we have been told that we will get a call back about it and haven't heard anything for 2 weeks. That I could rant for hours about this but, to sum up, I do not recommend using this company to fix your AC unit. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
