Love this place! The environment is amazing. Management and employees are so kind and helpful! Studios were so clean, I was visiting Oxford for the weekend and absolutely loved my experience!

The management, workout, and environment are all 10/10! I am always greeted with a positive experience every time I walk in - very clean studio and I am a huge fan of the variety of workouts. I have been going consistently for about 2 months now and am seeing great progress! Probably THE best workout I’ve ever had!

Tried Hotworx for a few months. I liked the smaller rooms and different options for your skill level. I didn't like that sometimes people would book appointments and not show up at all, so the room went without being used. I'm not sure if this has been addressed since I stopped going. We had an issue with being billed after we had stopped going even though proper notice was given. The manager who signed us up and processed our termination did not do this correctly. The new manager, Jordan, took care of everything and processed the return quickly as promised.
