“I had a last minute Valentines Day arrangement to send but University Florists came through for me even though it arrived the next day, they did call and notify me of the delay as there are not many florists in Oxford, Ms. They were very nice and quite apologetic, though I did wait to the last minute. They did try but the arrangement was absolutely beautiful and did NOT look like a rush job at all. Very professional and I would definitely use them again and refer them to everybody. “I purchased flowers to be delivered on valentines day. Unfortunately, they were not sent on the day and I was very upset. The following day I got a call from Bette's Flowers and they sincerely apologized. Valentine's Day is hectic for a place like this I am sure... They went ahead and reimbursed my purchase as well as still sent the flowers. I think this was a professional response and will absolutely use Bette's Flowers in the future.“
