I purchased flowers to be delivered on valentines day. Unfortunately, they were not sent on the day and I was very upset. The following day I got a call from Bette's Flowers and they sincerely apologized. Valentine's Day is hectic for a place like this I am sure... They went ahead and reimbursed my purchase as well as still sent the flowers. I think this was a professional response and will absolutely use Bette's Flowers in the future.

Ms. Camille and Bette's Flowers will always have my business when it comes to flowers. Ever since my nephews passing in 2019, they are who I turn too. So far 2 funerals and a couple birthday's and just because. Thank you Ms. Camille for your kindness and sharing your gift. ???
