Today was my first time, I was welcomed by Thomas & Shane, both spoke clearly and not the fast mumble jumble I get at other places trying to upsell constantly. The service was quick, I was given price options before they even started which I found very professional. They seem to really care about there customers. Will be back!!!
Like Wow Jeremy Was By far one of the best I’ve Came across, Very knowledgeable, Respectful , helped me Understand The Oil difference.The employees had some doubts about some of the questions I was asking but Jeremy was On top of it.when I left I had no questions and worries about my vehicle. i most definitely Wouldn’t be surprised if I came back And he’s An manager or a higher role he’s at now. Absolutely amazing fast and Outstanding service.Higly recommend This Service Shop.
I called over the phone to inquire about an oil change, Shane was very friendly and courteous and answered all of my questions! After leaving work, I rushed there before they closed and was greeted promptly by Mike. Mike was absolutely amazing! As a new customer he made my experience seamless. The wait was not long at all. Mike handled all of my paperwork, cleaned my windshield while the other guys changed the oil. He also checked some other things under the hood and replenished the air in all 4 of my tires. They have gained a long-term customer!
