Excellent roofing company. I recently inherited a house that needed a full roof replacement before going on the market. I got multiple quotes for the job and Chase was not only the most affordable without cutting corners, but also the easiest company to work with. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold for unnecessary services.
John was extremely responsive the entire time and I had my new roof installed within a week of signing the contract. I had a minor issue a few weeks later that needed to be fixed and John had someone out there the next day to resolve with just a single text.

Chase Roof Inspections treated our home like it was the only job they had going at the time. They had multiple jobs going on, but we never felt rushed or not listen to. John, the owner took time and explaining the products that they were using, the quality, and the people who would be performing the jobs. They protected my bushes, put plastic down in my attic so that I didn’t have all those black granular everywhere. The cleanup was amazing. They had magnets to get the nails up. John at Chase Roofing was very helpful! My insurance company needed proof of my roof replacement from before I owned my house and I contacted John and he sent over the document with the invoice ASAP. He helped me complete this task that I'd been working on for three weeks in less than an hour. Life saver!
