I had the opportunity to meet Nathan and his coworker at a training event. They seem very knowledgeable and have good systems in place to provide great landscaping and property maintenance.

I'm rating them a 2 because of nonresponsiveness and for not providing full services on a regular basis according to our contract. We moved into the Plantation approximately one year ago and decided to utilize Chandler's lawn service because the previous owners used them for years. At first we received regular services and our entire yard looked amazing. By the way, we are on the 9th hole and we have lots of beautiful landscaping; however, it's not regularly kept up. It feels terrible to pull up to our home to find that the grass has been cut but the trees are rarely trimmed. Calls to them are usually unanswered and it's exhausting. I am rating them two stars only because they initially did a good job when they first started in the business. We began using Chandler's when we lived in Olive Branch. As first, they did a good job but after a year, we noticed they were not spraying all the weeds in the back yard. After complaining, things got a little better. We then moved back across the line to TN, and we assumed Chandler's only serviced northeast MS so we tried someone else. Later, we saw a Chandler's truck in our area so we switched back to Chandlers. Like deja vu, at first they did a great job front and back, but then we noticed they completely stopped spraying and fertilizing... read full review
