I have a very difficult lawn as I live on a corner where the water run off for 2 neighborhoods converge. We get a great deal of water in our yard, thus we have an over abundance of weed seeds deposited in our grass. Jonathan is very helpful and works hard to catch all the weeds, but its a difficult if not impossible job. But they always show up and fertilize and spray for weeds, our grass is very thick and healthy!

I’ve used Chandler’s Lawn Service in the past for many years but over time they became less responsive and the quality of their work continued to diminish. Shortly after Charter Vista acquired them I began using them and they were worth the second look. Their work is excellent and they are very responsive with competitive pricing to other alternatives I’ve considered.

Charter Vista started taking care of my yard when I moved to Memphis almost four years ago. My backyard needed some serious help, so in 2025, I had a landscape plan drawn. I was offered 3 options. I chose one and the team got to work! They cleared everything out of the back, put down sod, and designed beds with suggested plantings. I had landscaping stones in the previous backyard that they were able to use to outline the beds. It’s really beautiful! The maintenance crew does excellent work also with mowing, trimming, and blowing. I love my yard, and the seasonal color (optional) is wonderful.
