I have been going to this gym for a year now and it feels like home.This gym still has plenty of machines for aerobic exercising and weight lifting. I have been using the weight lifting machines more now and they are worth the membership fee. The other members are extremely friendly and helpful.It is the people that make this place special. The staff ensure that all the machines are clean. The gym is never full when I visit. There is always an available machine for me. I love that the place is open 24 hours a day.
Love this place, has everything I need to get a great workout. Always clean, and employees are great. Only has one big downside. The music played over the speakers sucks. I'm trying to get my adrenaline up for a big lift and Moana, Call Me Maybe, or some other pop junk starts playing. Total mood killer.
Location, location, location.I am choosing this fitness gyms over others because it is extremely close to my job.This gym has everything you need. Plenty of treadmills, stationary bikes, and ellipticals. It also has a couple of stair masters and row machines. Plenty of machines for weight lifting and free weights.This place seems a little bit older and not as bright but it gets the job done.
