I made an appointment with this location after my cap came off Friday evening. This office was able to give me an appointment for today. I was greeted with kindness & smiles. Everyone cordially called me by my name & gave their’s, informed me of their role in my care. I was provided costs for today’s visit & costs for my treatment plan. I was also given payment plan info which I appreciated.
I will probably be changing from my previous dental provider to Aspen.
I was a little nervous coming in. I liked how thorough they were when they x-rayed my teeth. Dr. White and the hygienist were very helpful in helping me understand exactly what needed to be done and what to start with first. Dr. Miriam was very helpful as well explaining what I needed after deep cleaning, and what not to do, and for how long. The receptionist, Ms. Semira Brown, was very wlecoming and helpful with my payment plan. Overall, I had a great experience. I say 10/10😊💛
The people here are all very nice and very helpful. They know what they’re doing. They don’t check your mouth only once they check it several times to make sure they have the right size of your gums your teeth everything before they make your plate. I’m very very pleased with their work and my plate. If you need to go to one this is the place to go.
