I've never had anything constructed just for me, but owner Chris Hase and his team made the entire building process, from permits to code inspections, painless. All of the builders and technicians that Chris had work on our garage were professional, courteous, and tidy in their labors. Every day, my yard and property was cleaned up and returned to semi-normal and our entire neighborhood was treated with respect by our workers. Our project was complex. It required two contractors. The first, Means House Moving, was hired to detach the upper level of our home, then lift that portion 5 feet. While the upper level was lifted, the lower level concrete walls were built 4'8" higher, and an addition to the front of the house was added as well. When this lower level work was completed, the upper level was lowered and attached to the higher walls.
The second contractor, Versamax coordinated the work with Means during the lifting/lowering process. They effectively communicated with Means to assure the work was done correctly.
Versmax just finished a 1000 sq. ft addition to our home from design to construction. We have two young kids, Chris and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during construction. The crew was here everyday and the project was completed on time. We would recommend the Versamax team to anyone who is thinking of upgrading their home or business.
