I want to recognize McKinley on her very professional and extremely great customer service representing uBreakiFix OS. Followup are so very important in business. To be prompt as McKinley is says one is important customer. I have used this repair service before and Devin is as equally professional. Great to see this company investing in the People Business they are in by having a great staff to represent them. Thanks in advance.

Excellent experience today! I had an issue with Samsung because they did not want to honor the warranty on my Z Fold 7. Logan was very helpful and got me taken care of. I has to pay out of pocket, but in the end.... very happy with the outcome. Be sure to come visit Logan here when you get a chance!
