I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service Julius with Holland Plumbing provided today repairing a leak under my father's bathroom sink. My father was thoroughly impressed by both his workmanship and the respectful, knowledgeable conversation they shared regarding the plumbing issues at his home. As my father ages, it has become increasingly difficult for him to manage home repairs, despite his extensive knowledge. Convincing him to hire professional plumber was no small task, especially given his history of handling these matters himself as a professional plumber for 25+ years. Julius approached the situation with both professionalism and patience, taking the time to speak with my father and execute the necessary repairs with precision. My father had recently recognized the poor installation in the plumbing that had caused it to leak, but simply wasn't physically able to correct it himself. Thanks to Julius's respectful engagement and expert repairs, my father now feels confident in calling upon Holland Plumbing for any future plumbing issues which is a tremendous relief for me personally.
