The owner Josiah performed the work himself, arrived at predetermined time and began working. Six hours later the job was completed and what a difference, the sunshine reflecting off the driveway and walkways hurt your eyes. Josiah has the knowledge, experience and products to actually get rid of persistent odors! This was my 2nd remediation company, and 3rd product line to get rid of a persistent musty smell, and Josiah and his treatment were the only ones that delivered 100% results. I wish I'd saved myself the thousands on duct cleaning and treatments with other companies. He worked with me over the course of months to point out other factors causing humidity that we fixed, and he helped me apply product I'd already purchased in an effort to save on cost. If you have allergies use his services!! After a bad experience with a contractor in our home, my wife couldn't get her asthma under control. 3 days in a hotel later we called Gulf Coast Air. Since he has treated our home my wife has felt great and has had no abnormal breathing issues. We will be using his services often just to improve the quality of air in our home.
