Dr. Hendrix & staff are very professional and skilled. I cannot recommend them more highly. Dr. Hendrix is thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. This practice does NOT overbook! I NEVER have to wait more than 5 minutes to be called back. Everyone, and I mean everyone actually cares that you are there and not just another number.
While visiting the MS Gulf Coast, I chipped my front tooth and called Dr Hendrix's office to check for availability. His staff was able to book me a next-day appointment(!) and provided me the necessary paperwork ahead of time along with courteous reminders for today's visit. I was greeted with southern hospitality by his professional staff and Dr Hendrix did an amazing job repairing my sharp edged tooth. I sincerely appreciate the dedicated care provided by him and his staff. I highly recommend him for your dental care needs as he'll be my first choice! Best, Ed Juraszek
