I mean , obviously some of y'all have had bad experiences. But I for one have never been made to pay up front, had really a single issue communicating with her, or been even a smidgen dissatisfied in the quality of her work. Maybe some of y'all are just hard to please 🤷♂🤣
Coastal cleaners is a really good place to go. This is the best place I have gone to and will be coming back anytime I need alterations. The women did my alterations did a wonderful job. I have been to several places to get alterations because I am a smaller person but nobody has done this much of an outstanding job!!!
The seamstress is really experienced and tailored my dress perfectly - better than I expected! Unfortunately, there’s no real tracking or ticketing system to identify your garment. Plus, there was a communication breakdown and she must have misunderstood the time I needed my dress because it wasn’t ready when I arrived. However, she was very apologetic & went out of her way to ensure that my dress was done. She contacted me after hours & stayed till I arrived at 8 PM to get the dress on time for a function. I gave 5 stars for her customer service & expertise, & recovery.Service: Alterations
