Coastal cleaners is a really good place to go. This is the best place I have gone to and will be coming back anytime I need alterations. The women did my alterations did a wonderful job. I have been to several places to get alterations because I am a smaller person but nobody has done this much of an outstanding job!!!

The seamstress is really experienced and tailored my dress perfectly - better than I expected! Unfortunately, there’s no real tracking or ticketing system to identify your garment. Plus, there was a communication breakdown and she must have misunderstood the time I needed my dress because it wasn’t ready when I arrived. However, she was very apologetic & went out of her way to ensure that my dress was done. She contacted me after hours & stayed till I arrived at 8 PM to get the dress on time for a function. I gave 5 stars for her customer service & expertise, & recovery.Service: Alterations

Idk why there are all these negative comments. I brought in a leather vest that was shredded literally. When I got it back it literally looks brand new. She has also done work for me in the past on several leather jackets and I’ve never been disappointed. I ignore the stupid comments. She knows what she’s doing.Service: Alterations
