Very professional group. They covered all details of placing my loved ones at rest. They are compassionate and caring people. My last Director Greg was especially notable. He was expedient, caring and followed through on every inquiry I had. There is nothing that could have been done any better in my experience. Would recommend Bradford O’Keefe to family or friends in need of final arraignments. They have handled both of my parents and now my wife with dignity and care. From prearrangement meetings to the time up to and following Wayne’s passing, the staff at Bradford-O’Keefe were very compassionate and professional. We never felt like we were just another customer because we were treated with the same kindness and respect as though we were family! I have no words to express the gratitude of the Roch family for the wonderful service we received. Our heartfelt thanks to Bradford-O’Keefe during such a difficult time.

They don’t care about your back story just how can we fill your needs to transition you into all the next steps that can become very overwhelming.
