I’ve been trying to get ahold of this location all day to pay my loan, no one answers. I even called other locations and finally spoke with someone in the Columbus location. The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because the day I got my loan the women were nice, if not unprofessional, but still nice. Poor customer service and VERY dark in side the location.
