Wow! I cannot express enough how much of a heaven-send this company was. Their services provided me and my family with peace of mind. Todd Clayton (Todd Allen) was such an exceptional technician; professional but down to earth, highly knowledgeable and experienced while also humble and spoke with clear explanations.
As part of RW’s comfort club, I requested to have my annual flushing for my tankless water heater. We received exceptional care and attention to our system. But thanks to Todd’s attention to detail, he noticed an issue with my dryer vent and went out of his way to help me fix it and show me how to do it myself. Came in to our Air not operating. Mr. Ronnie along with his tech had our a/c up and running within 2 hours of our call. Great Company, Great Techs!! They will be our first call with any future a/c issues!
