Now I love my nails like every other lady but I can see why everybody mostly wants the owner or his brother to do their nails because the little skinny man that works there( I’m not sure what his name is) it seems like he try to mess people nails up on purpose.. and it seems like EVERYTIME I let him do my nails they never last like every other shop I go to ??‍♀️.. OTHER THAN THAT they come out pretty but they don’t last like I would hope so

I usually come in for a pedicure and they immediately turn on the water for me to soak but I sat in the pedicure chair for nearly 10 min before I had to ASK for someone to turn my water on to soak. It should not have to take a client to ask a tech to do their job. Despite the busy services, keeping client retention is vital. So if I have to ask you to turn my water on, you won’t be receiving my money or time again. Highly disappointed.
