Called to get help for my parents and was put on hold for 10 minutes and eventually hung up on. Not a great indication of customer service.

We as the staff are loving and caring employees. Our patients care is what's important to us. Personally myself as an employee enjoy sitting caring and being there for my patient and making sure my patient is comfortable and satisfied with my services.
