I had an emergency with my cat, who I have had for 12 years. I didn't even call first. Walked right in and they took care of him right away. My cat was a whole lot better in a couple days. So greatful. I highly recommend their services!

I have been using Bluff City since around the late eighties and have never had any complaints. And I can leave my two fur baby boys there while I go out of town and not have to worry. They both like it, and that’s‘saying’ a lot.

We offer every possible option that is safe, approved and legal to be used on or given to your pets. We do not sell cheap bootleg or fake products because they are cheaper because those products are often unsafe ineffective or dangerous for our pets . Beware of feed store and hardware products -they are often buying from a jobber not the manufacturer like I do .
