We had a great experience with Dr Hickman. We called her in for an emergency for our sweet Molly, and she was attentive over the phone, asked detailed questions, as well as made me feel comfortable calling outside of normal hours. She truly cared about the situation, and didn’t just brush it off like it was nothing. She was up front about pricing (which i 100% appreciate going into something like this). Unfortunately, our sweet Molly didn’t make it, but Dr. Hickman truly did everything she could and beyond. She didn’t give us false hope, but also didn’t act like Molly wasn’t going to make it. We cannot say enough good things about Dr.Hickman. We were traveling with our nursing dog and she became very ill. We used the after hours line provided and she answered! That itself is a blessing. She treated our dog with such care. She was also incredibly patient and kind with us as well! Way to go Dr. Hickman!!! ???? Thank you so much!!!!
New to the area and researched holistic vets in the area and got led here. I’m so happy I did. Love the doc. Love the team. They loved on my pup. Just needed to establish care. Doc took time to sit down and address any questions or concerns I had. Love it here and glad to have found a furry family place.
