“Thank you Brewer Optical!!! I had visited Walmart Vision, America Best in Mobile and still I was having some slight issues and felt rushed. Dr. Brewer took his time and explained to me what was going on. He also allowed me to ask whatever questions and was so very nice. I even met Buddy!! The young lady at the windows was some of the best customer service I've had!!! I would recommend Brewer to anyone wanting that personal touch. Thank you again!!!“

“I was referred here so I didn't see the mixed reviews before going, that may have discouraged me. That being said, my experience was great. I called and had questions about my insurance, since I needed some questions that my insurance company couldn't understand how to answer. They were very helpful and friendly and were able to answer my questions. In person, the staff were friendly and professional. The doctor, Phillip King Jr., was friendly and professional. After the initial fitting, I had done a lot of research on which contacts were the best for my situation and it turns out those were the exact ones he had given me to try. I did try on my second choice, and for a moment they seemed better but due to my astigmatism the first definitely fit better. He was able to explain why the first ones fit better, which was able to give me confidence in his choice for me. He adjusted my prescription based on the fit on my eyes and they are a lot better. I had considered ordering the contacts online but it was much more convenient to order through the office. From what I've experienced and witnessed on the other customers interactions, they were very helpful and friendly. Some of the reviews really surprised me. There wasn't a long wait for me and my second visit they were able to get me in early, so I can't complain there. I will definitely go back next year.“
