In a Jam in July
If we’re gonna have A/C problems, it’s gonna be in July here in South Mississippi. We were in a jam with 4th of July company on their way. Our downstairs unit started making a horrible loud noise.
Byrd’s sent out two good techs on July 2nd who diagnosed the problem and replaced the fan motor. They were courteous and polite.
The next day we noticed our upstairs unit wasn’t cooling. I was surprised Byrd’s had their people working on July 3rd. Lucky for us, the same two hard workers came out again. They worked in the outside heat and in the hot attic to get that unit cooling again.

Quick response time. Had a technician out to look over outside unit (compressor was running but fan was not)- replaced the capacitor. The A/c worked for the time the tech was present, however 1hour later stopped. Byrd’s was quick to have someone back out as soon as they could/had to order a new fan.Thanks for the help
Friendly courteous staff. Unbelievable response time and great value. The workers stayed at it when others would have clicked out. I will never use anyone else. They were even dog friendly.Services: Heating system installation
