I have known Doug Tew professionally for over 10 years and he has consistently provided me with the best customer service in Meridian. I wish every local service company were as honest and trustworthy as he has been for me. And, whereas he has a lot of local competition he makes up for it by following up to provide great care that shines of good customer service. So, I have the utmost faith in his ability to troubleshoot and problem solve any heating and air issue whether it be residential or commercial. There a few things I look for on my check list in hiring contractors, with integrity at the top. Doug exemplifies someone of outstanding character, industry knowledge and he possesses the skill to back it up. I know that if Doug couldn't help you himself on some odd job, he will find someone who can to make sure you are taken care of.
