Lady was good at cutting hair but her electric clipper/ trimmer had bent teeth leaving the scratch marks on my neck line probably from bent teeth. Attaching picture of the scratch line left after she trimmed the neck. Also, need to remind them that combs are to be placed in barbicide when not in use. I saw her combs just laying on top of the counter instead of in a barbicide solution.This prevents the spread of lice. She didn’t follow that practice standard.
Overall great experience as always. Jennifer always does a great job on my cut! Nick and Lashae also provide a great cut. Very friendly atmosphere, always welcoming! Highly recommend this location.
Love this place, but they need to tint their front windows. The sun coming through front of the store is horrible after 4pm, customers and employees agreed. Stylist even mentioned the troubles they face trying to see and provide a great experience with the sun blinding them.
