My checker (Chris), was very efficient at checking my machines. He told me what he was doing and why. He explained everything about the system and how it could work on its own. I would like this young man as a future checker for the time being. He was professional and agreeable on all accounts.

I've paid in full for propane Dec 30,2024. I were told delivery would be Jan 2,2025. They were in my neighborhood, didn't come to my house. I called, I got a nonsense excuse. Were told, delivery would be, Jan 4. I were lied to again. I kept calling. They insinuated I did something wrong. Then they said, they didn't know when I get service. I told her I have medical problems, she antagonized me, saying, you will be ok. I asked again, when will I get service. No real answer. A service van showed up Jan 8. I thought that were strange. I never knew a van deliver propane. He were there about 4 minutes. I checked my tank later, the needle had not moved. I called and asked what's going on, she said he gave me a shot. Someone would call me later, I got no call. I assumed Thursday were a delivery date in my area. I waited all day. No one came. I didn't call again. I don't know what's going on. I do know they lied to me.I don't trust them anymore..But, they still have my money. Something is so wrong there... P.S. There were a response 12 minutes later. It's 8.05pm. I know they are closed. Apparently, the responses are automated. They are not replying personally.. I were told a refund check would be mailed January 13, it's January 23, I haven't received my money. I live in Alabama. It doesn't take long for mail to be received. They lied again. What's really going on there?Bad business to some people..I give honest reviews. I'm only telling the truth. I wished it could have been a 4 star review. But, they caused this.. It's Jan27, no refund. I called an attorney. She called them, they lied to her saying, they mailed the refund Jan20. That's a lie, I would have received it that week. I'm in Alabama. I received the refund Jan31, it's stamped Jan 28. A day AFTER they talked to the attorney. I knew they were lying. I wonder what were they really going to do had I not got an attorney involved. I don't know the names. But some liars in there...
