Speaking from experience, I had been a patient since 2012 and there were pretty good Doctors there however they began changing doctors frequently and making you jump through hoops, being very demanding and inconsiderate to the patients , and their situation. I received a call a week before my appointment telling me that had to come in the next day for a pill count the following day , I informed the nurse that I had another appointment and living 40 miles away I would have to get in touch with transportation and you have to call them a week prior, They said it didn’t matter I had until 2:30 pm the following day to be there. Dr Harris is a JOKE!!! She is arrogant and gets off on making people feel like they don’t matter. I took my services to another clinic and am 1000x’s happier. The worst thing they EVER did was make her the only physician there. Everyone I know that has went there has left and gone to another clinic. It stinks for the nice people that they do still have working there.

I don't usually write reviews, but this place is ridiculous. From the very first appointment. I get there about 10mins early, walk in and there are about 5 people in front of me. 2 clerks at the desk and one is on her cell phone with a call, that was not business related from what I could hear, 10 minutes later she decides that it’s time to help out. After my appointment I was scheduled for injections for pain. The day before my appointment for injections I get a call to tell me what time the appointment will be and that I will have a $100+ copay. I informed them that VA would be paying for everything.
