I took in an old PC that I had given to one of the grandkids. It was pretty wrecked, but I needed something to use to homeschool the last grand. I took it in and told them what I needed and how much I needed to spend. When I picked it up, it wasn’t perfect, the case had been cracked by the kids, but it did what it needed to do and it was under my top limit. I’m so thankful Quality PC did exactly what I asked and I didn’t have to buy a new laptop.

I personally worked here for over a year and I DO NOT recommend this place at all. They routinely take advantage of and over charge customers particularly the people who do not know much about computers. The building and working conditions are also very unsanitary including roaches and rat droppings throughout as well.The lead tech has bad hygiene and refuses to wash his hands after using the restroom!

My visit was for the purpose of being fingerprinted in order to do volunteer work with students in a literacy program.The gentleman who assisted me was professional, polite, and courteous. I will certainly use them again should the need arise

I brought my PC to them almost a year ago and when I recently called about it they told me they threw it away, I wasn't informed about the 3 month period I had to come get it

They are very friendly group they worked on my coustom gaming pc and they didn't quit working on it until they found the issue and and told me what it was and they charged me a reasonable price my pc took some time to get back but it's fixed and I would rather someone take there time and get it done right and these people are the people to get the job done right

Fit me in immediately to work on my laptop that was having issues with connecting to internet and bluetooth. Fixed my issue quickly, charged me a very reasonable price, and sent me on my way.
Highly recommend if you need computer help!
