First, the service man arrived the same day I called. I had text messages prior letting me know when he would arrive. Impressive. Second, he was a very polite man who answered any questions I had and tried his best to not make unnecessary messes in my home. Third, he solved my problem! Highly recommend.

I just can't say enough good things about Mr. Rooter and the great service that they provide. The service man , Michael, was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about my plumbing issues and repaired them in record time. If anyone needs a great plumbing service company, I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter. Thanks!!!!

Everything handled via email regarding appointment. Technician was nice, professional and seemed knowledgeable. He didn’t do unnecessary tasks to charge us money.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had to contact company to see if appointment was morning or afternoon. They told me afternoon and would call when on the way. I had errands to do so had I known the tech wouldn’t show up until 5:30 pm, I could have done my errands.Definitely will use again.
